At Lush Removals, it is our aim to ensure that your move is unhindered by uneccesary complications and time wasting. It is for this reason that we offer you an option to have our vehicles packed on the departure date or, alternatively, the day prior to the move. It is also necessary that the vehicles leave and arrive on-time and insist that the vehicles are loaded early.

Crem members are only employed after they pass numerous, vigourous tests and are fully trained to give you the peace of mind during this stressful period. The Driver also acts as the supervisor to ensure that the packing process takes place with ease and efficiency.

All belongings, including the smallest items are catered for in a professional manner. Clients are encouraged to complete and sign an itemised inventory of all items before the loading process as well as after delivery to ensure that all belongings have been delivered with utmost care and precision.

A minimum notice period of not less than 14 days, prior to the move, must be given to us. This enables us to plan your move more efficiently and to avoid any delays on the day of the move.

Our International Removals Division specialises solely on international removals and comprises of either Port-to-Port or, alternatively, House-to-House deliveries.

All administrative tasks are included and catered for and includes, but not limited to, all packing/crating, customs clearances and other port or shipping duties levied.

All items are protectively packaged in bubble wrap plastic and/or cardboard boxes. Matresses, lounge suites, mirrors and other breakable objects are wrapped in plastic covers as well for even further protection.
